By using FitLocker, you agree to these terms.

What FitLocker does

FitLocker is a fitness app that helps you organize workout videos you save from Instagram and TikTok into structured training programs. We do not host the videos. We extract structured workout data using AI, and that data may not be 100% accurate.

Subscription and trial

FitLocker is a paid app with a 3-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription auto-renews at the price shown at signup ($9.99/month or $59.99/year) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled through Apple's standard refund process.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use FitLocker for any illegal purpose.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our backend systems.
• Re-share or republish FitLocker's extracted workout data outside the app.
• Impersonate someone else or create accounts on their behalf.

Health disclaimer

FitLocker is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before starting any new exercise program. We are not responsible for any injury or harm resulting from exercises you perform.

Content from third parties

Workouts are extracted from videos posted by third-party creators on Instagram and TikTok. FitLocker does not own this content. We do not endorse or verify the safety or accuracy of any creator's workout.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can permanently delete your account anytime from inside the app (Profile → Delete Account), or by emailing raya@fitlocker.app.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitLocker is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
