Privacy Policy

FitLocker ("we", "us", "the app") is a fitness app that helps you turn workout videos you save from Instagram and TikTok into structured training programs. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account info. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your email address and (if you choose to share it) your name. We use this to identify your account and contact you about your subscription.
• Workout content. When you share a video to FitLocker, we store the URL, the creator handle, the video thumbnail, and the extracted exercise data in your account.
• Subscription status. We use RevenueCat to manage your subscription. RevenueCat receives your anonymous app user ID, your subscription state, and Apple's transaction info. We do not see your credit card or Apple ID.
• Device & usage info. Standard crash and performance logs.

We do not collect location, contacts, microphone audio, health data, or advertising identifiers.

How we use your data

• To extract workouts from the videos you share. We send the video URL, its caption, and — when the caption alone isn't enough — video frames or images to OpenAI and Google Gemini for AI processing. These providers process this content only to return the extracted workout to us; they do not use it to train their models, and we do not send them your name, email, or payment details.
• To build and personalize training programs based on your saved workouts.
• To manage your subscription and trial.
• To send you in-app notifications you've opted into (e.g. workout reminders, extraction-complete alerts).

Who we share data with

We share the minimum necessary data with the following service providers:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• OpenAI — workout extraction from captions
• Google Gemini — workout extraction from video
• Apify — Instagram and TikTok video fetching
• RevenueCat — subscription management
• Apple — Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases
• Google — Sign in with Google

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data for advertising.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside the app (Profile → Delete Account), or by emailing raya@fitlocker.app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Children

FitLocker is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your rights

You can:

• Edit your profile inside the app.
• Cancel your subscription anytime via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Permanently delete your account and all your data from inside the app (Profile → Delete Account), or by emailing raya@fitlocker.app.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page if we change this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
